Celebrating our twentieth year, we are now looking for experienced project consultants to join our team.

This varied role requires a broad range of practical VM, written, communication and project management skills. You will have a background in VM, marketing, retail operations or training and communications, and a track record for achieving effective business results.

You must be a flexible, self-starter with excellent organisation skills and a strong customer service ethos gained from a previous retail head office position or related business consultancy role. You will be responsible for implementing our bespoke client project solutions, including the development and delivery of training materials and workshops, writing VM manuals and retail communication tools.

Practical VM skills and experience in fashion, general merchandise or grocery sectors are essential, marketing and training experience is desirable. Literate, articulate and highly organised, you’ll have great written and spoken English and be motivated to exceed expectations. A second European language would be an advantage.

As a confident communicator, you will have great interpersonal skills to develop effective client relationships. You must be professional, highly organised and have an outgoing personality with a dynamic approach.

We are also looking for experienced freelance VM and display contractors to support our in-house project team in delivering client projects. With a proven ability for store presentation and display, you'll be experienced in layout moves, product merchandising and fashion styling. You'll have great expertise, flair and experience gained with a range of clothing, general merchandise or grocery retailers.

We require people with a proven track record in VM, who are up to date with the latest trends, have an eye for detail and work to the highest
professional standards. Available for work in our Rugby office, clients office or their stores, you'll be confident, adaptable and able to fit in well with people and show you can add value to our projects.

You'll demonstrate maturity, integrity and have good credibility, being capable of motivating and influencing others. You'll be contracted to Visual Thinking and working for one of the most respected and trusted names in retail, so we're looking for the very best!
