Clothing retailer Fenn Wright Manson commissioned Visual Thinking to train their in-store teams. The brief was to develop their skills in styling and fashion display, embed best practice and achieve a consistent, professional look throughout all FWM stores.
No previous VM training had been provided by the company in this area, and this was the first time that external experts had been brought in.
The programme was delivered at the client’s London head office over a period six weeks, via a series of one-day group workshops. Training focused on best practice display theory and practical styling techniques, including mannequin dressing, use of display space and seasonal props etc.
By the end of the programme, the FWM store teams were equipped with a range of best-in-class display and fashion styling skills, maximising visual impact and repositioning the brand throughout the client’s stores.
