Visual Thinking was asked to support the opening activities of new Harley-Davidson dealerships, in line with its global VM standards. This involved the provision of training and development to dealership management and showroom teams across all product areas, including motorcycles, parts and accessories, general merchandise and Harley-Davidson MotorClothes®.
The Visual Thinking team developed a 3-day tailored set up / training programme, which was delivered to dealership staff at new Harley-Davidson dealerships in the UK and South Africa. Training was combined with on-site practical support. Both brand and compliance standards now meet the new Harley-Davidson Global VM policy, with openings of new dealerships being successfully completed, on time and within budget.
