Dutch Telecoms giant KPN invited Visual Thinking to deliver an important accompanied shopping event in London for some of their senior retail brand executives and a key external retail partner. The client knew it was critical to get everyone talking on both sides of the debate when introducing major changes to working practices.
The brief was to deliver an inspirational and memorable event focused on how to deliver a ‘best in class’ customer experience within the telecoms sector. Using an imaginative, brand-led approach, Visual Thinking introduced the executive guests to a series of category-leading retail brand experiences.
The event “knocked the delegates’ socks off”! All key communication objectives were met and a range of other important retail improvement priorities were agreed. The event created a valuable opportunity for people to come together to discuss current business issues and explore ideas for developing new opportunities. As a result, the group came away feeling motivated and committed to meeting future challenges.
