Our innovative digital tool helped steer VM best practice around the world.


Bringing expert VM to Harley-Davidson’s clothing merchandise meant creating an innovative digital tool for its global teams. We set out clear and concise VM principles and best practice application for its international retailer network, removing the barriers to adoption from its previous guidelines in a single swipe.

Designed for use on desktop, tablet and mobile devices, it’s dynamic user experience offers essential content that can be accessed quickly and easily understood by a ‘non VM expert’ audience. The online tool features a vibrant mix of video, image and text-based content, and includes a series of highly engaging and easy to follow “Show Me How” video tutorials.

A huge improvement on what was already a good programme.

Covering everything from range packs and segmentation to mannequin styling and trends, it was a masterclass in the VM policy, developing team skills and ensuring consistently high brand standards.

Our partnership has also seen improvements to VM processes, knowledge and skills – bringing perfect product presentation and a great customer experience to life. Since we’ve been on board, sales have grown at 24% YOY across the EMEA region. As further proof of its success, the VM manual was translated into 19 languages, in both print and online versions, and made available across Harley-Davidson’s international franchise dealership network.
