Monsoon Accessorize had two aims when they approached us: renewing and refreshing their store presentation, and making their store teams more con dent in understanding what good looks like. Together, we were the perfect fit.

The journey to change began with a detailed review of selected Monsoon stores. Our insights gave senior decision makers a true picture of the current store experience, and enabled us to develop a number of immediate solutions.

We devised a trial store – more fashion focused, with an emphasis on key trend ranges and improved retail standards – to show what better Monsoon stores could look like.

Next came Signature Store Standards, our business-wide retail standards programme. This retail basics initiative raised the bar across all stores – showcasing newness, achieving brand consistency and improving the customer experience.

Through our focused nationwide learning sessions, leaders and retail teams quickly learned to understand the look and how to successfully deliver it. From a Signature Store Standards essentials manual to team briefing packs and digital learning content, we gave Monsoon store teams the tools they needed to start seeing, thinking and acting differently. A true transformation.
