When Sainsbury’s first began its serious push into general merchandise, we stepped in to help create new VM policies – combining supermarket ease with best practice retail execution.

It was all about identifying what they could change to deliver consistent and effective product presentation, visual impact and efficient store operations.

Supported by the development of comprehensive VM documentation to explain ‘what good looks like’, we were instrumental in making Sainsbury’s new direction a living reality at launch.
