Case Studies:
Luxury automotive brand Infiniti commissioned Visual Thinking to complete a detailed review of its new Piccadilly showroom in London and propose recommendations for improving showroom visibility and street presence. The brief was to identify improvements for enhancing the customer experience through added brand engagement and product appeal.
The Visual Thinking team commenced with visiting Infiniti’s flagship showroom in Reading to compare and contrast it against the Piccadilly location. Team members spent one full day in each showroom to monitor customer traffic and product engagement and conduct interviews with staff. The team also carried out a competitor review with another major London car showroom.
Using 3D imagery to simulate the showroom environment, the team presented a series of five proposed VM concepts, each incorporating a high level of visual appeal and ‘retail theatre’. The concepts put forward varied in cost and complexity, depending on the final level of VM enhancement required by the client.
The Visual Thinking team concluded this phase of the project with the delivery of a summary management report with recommendations for achieving its objectives.
“A good job well done – very clear and extremely satisfied with the work achieved.”
“A great piece of work.”
