Case Studies:
Visual Thinking is proud to have been involved with the launch of Baroue, the award winning kids destination store in Kuwait.
When approached about aspects of VM policy development to support this new brand concept, we had little idea our final role and involvement would be so all encompassing.
Ultimately, selected as VM Development partner, we produced everything needed to support the opening and sustainability of VM in the business.
This included the design, development and production of detailed product planograms, VM training for the retail team, and providing a team of sixteen people to deliver onsite practical merchandising support to open the first store.
As a brand without existing stores, it needed special ways of working to deliver the objectives agreed. It meant collaborating ‘virtually’ with people in different countries and time zones to get things done, on time, to agreed standards, and on budget. It’s where our experience and in-house resources counted.
It’s just one of the many successful VM development and retail communications projects we have completed for brands in diverse markets from North America to New Zealand and places in between.
