Working with Sainsbury’s Learning & Development department, we created bespoke training tools to give store teams the practical hands-on skills needed to deliver and manage a credible fashion offer in-store.

Success meant ensuring that its vision for the launch of Tu Clothing was stitched through into every detail of training.

Helping to guide them every step of the way, we developed supporting VM policy and retail operations materials—designed to put learning at their fingertips.


We created a ‘super team’—collectively informed, motivated and skilled to deliver VM excellence.

Our work became an indispensable part of everyday life, helping teams to quickly identify how to do their job well.
